WV Department of Transportation Public Sales – Surplus property vehicles sales – list of surplus vehicles for sale available online at GovDeals WV. We can recommend GovDeals police auction website to first-timers because the support is helpful and the process is surprisingly easy.
Their surplus auction warehouse is located at 2700 Charleston Ave. in Dunbar, WV 25064 near the I-64 interstate.

Our Tip: They only accept cards or money orders for payment. The auction will not accept your checks or even cash as payment so prepare for that.

Our Tip: We like the GovDeals site better, but Public Surplus is still worth checking out because of how many agencies in the state of WVA that use them.
