City of Lynchburg, Virginia Vehicle and Equipment Auctions – Public online surplus and impound car auctions at on GovDeals. We do not frequently see vehicles listed for sale, but they do appear on occasion.
City of Mobile Police Department – Vehicle Auction – You will bid live in-person at the impound lot, but you will be required to register online beforehand to obtain a bidder badge. Our Tip: We like that they take credit cards for auction payment, but be aware of the 3% fee.
Jack’s Towing Abandoned Vehicle Auction – Our suggestion on this one is to be aware that it is a tow impound auction and tow company auctions can be riskier than typical car auctions. We suggest to just arrive early and read the auction rules closely. 509.545.1230

Radford Auto Auction – Weekly consignment vehicle auctions are on Mondays and GSA Sales are open to the public every third Monday at 2pm. We suggest you check out the GSA auctions because they are from the General Services Administration and tend to be well-maintained with repair documentation.
Our Tip: In order to bid in their Monday auction, you must register on their website by 2pm the Friday before.

America’s Auto Auction Virginia (Dealers-Only) – 757-487-3464 – They have a location in Richmond and Virginia Beach. These are wholesale auto auctions that require a car dealer’s license in order to bid.
Dominion Auto Auction – This is a dealers only wholesale auto auction in Virginia. They are independent and we recommend them for their quality service and inventory.
Wholesale used cars for sale at auto auctions in VA are usually from police drug seizures, tow lot impounds, abandoned vehicles, government fleet surplus, bank repos, and more around the state of Virginia.
Be sure to research the car or truck you want to bid on. Winning bidders do not typically get warranties or refunds.
